By downloading, installing, or using the PlayOn mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PlayOn. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13-18 may use the App under parental supervision.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Services Provided
PlayOn provides the following services:
- Live sports streaming (Cricket, Football, Hockey, Tennis, Kho-Kho, etc.)
- Live TV channel streaming (50+ channels)
- Sports news and updates
- Fantasy sports and casual gaming with real prizes
- Event highlights and replays
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on PlayOn, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of PlayOn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share, redistribute, or record any streamed content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
- Engage in fraudulent activities in gaming sections
7. Gaming & Prizes
PlayOn offers fantasy sports and casual games with real cash prizes. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You must be 18+ to participate in cash games
- Skill-based gaming is legal in most Indian states
- PlayOn reserves the right to verify your identity before prize disbursement
- Taxes on winnings are the responsibility of the user
8. Payment & Refunds
All in-app purchases are processed through authorized payment gateways. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
9. Termination
PlayOn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlayOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
